First Team’s Slam III inground adjustable basketball hoop is a quality yet affordable adjustable hoop system that is appropriate for any residential setting. The Slam III’s sturdy 4 inch square pole construction eliminates shaky, rusting joints that can develop with other two-piece pole designs. First Team’s Quik-Pin rim height adjustment design makes adjusting the Slam quick and easy. To adjust, simply pull the pin located on the back of the unit, lift the adjustment handle to the desired rim height, replace the pin and you're ready for action. The Slam is adjustable from 10' to 7' in six inch increments. The Slam's spring aided design insures that adjustment is effortless.
The Slam III features a 36 inch X 54 inch acrylic backboard, a heavy duty flex rim and a 24 inch pole-to-backboard extension. Other versions of the Slam are available that come with different size backboards and other backboard materials, so you can choose the package that is right for you. Optional backboard and pole padding is available for added protection against player injury. And you can add a ground sleeve or a bolt-down ground anchor that allow you to remove the hoop in case you want to take it with you. All Slams come with First Team’s Lifetime Superior Warranty.
