First Team's 36" x 48" Acrylic Backboard is fashioned out of 3/8" thick clear acrylic. It is sturdy enough to all kinds of weather conditions. The heavy aluminum framework only adds to this unit's durability. No matter what basketball players throw at it, this backboard will stand up well. It has the strength and quality you are looking for.

For additional safety, add TuffGuard 48" backboard padding to the backboard. Its molded urethane construction is built to last. The backboard padding attaches securely to the backboard with self-drilling screws. Like the 36" x 48" backboard, this is an all-weather product.

The combination of a 36" x 48" acrylic backboard and TuffGuard backboard padding makes for a tough unit that will provide many hours of enjoyable use. The padding adds an extra level of safety for players of any age. You have the option of choosing from a selection of colors for your TuffGuard backboard padding.
